1. Grocery, Fruits & Vegetables

  • Grocery, fruits, vegetables aur perishable items non-returnable honge.
  • Agar product damaged, expired, ya wrong item deliver hua ho to delivery ke 24 ghante ke andar complaint register karein.
  • Verified case me replacement ya refund diya jayega.
  • Opened/used items return accept nahi honge.

2. Non-Veg & Fresh Food Items

  • Chicken, meat, fish aur fresh prepared food items non-returnable hain.
  • Agar quality issue ho to delivery ke 2 ghante ke andar photo/video proof ke saath complaint karein.
  • Management verification ke baad partial ya full refund diya ja sakta hai.


6. Doctor Appointment & Lab Test Booking

  • Appointment cancel karne par refund policy hospital/lab ke rules ke hisab se hogi.
  • Zerohaat sirf booking platform hai; medical services ka refund partner ke policy ke anusar hoga.

7. Free Food Offer (₹300 / ₹400 Offer Policy)

  • Free food promotional offer non-refundable aur non-exchangeable hai.
  • Agar main order cancel hota hai to free food offer automatically cancel ho jayega.
  • Free food ka cash alternative nahi diya jayega.

8. Refund Process

  • Refund original payment method me hi process hoga.
  • Cash on Delivery orders ka refund bank transfer/UPI ke through hoga.
  • Refund timeline: 5–10 working days.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Order dispatch hone ke baad cancel nahi kiya ja sakta (except company fault).
  • Grocery aur perishable items dispatch ke baad cancel nahi honge
